Pay:

• Public Prosecutor: Rs. 65,000-112,000 + Grade Pay of Rs. 18,500 + 30% Special Allowance

• Special Public Prosecutor: Rs. 30,000-110,000 + Grade Pay of Rs. 17,500 + 30% Special Allowance

Educational Qualification:

• Must be a graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University.

Service Qualification:

• Practice as a regular Advocate for the specified years, including practice before the High Court mainly on the criminal side.

Other Criteria:

• Citizenship: Candidate must be an Indian citizen.
• Character: Should be suitable for employment in the Government service.
• Marital Status: Restrictions apply.
• Small Family Norms: Restrictions on the number of children born after 01.01.2021.

Physical Fitness:
