UP Scholarship 2025-26

The application process for Uttar Pradesh Pre-Matric and Post-Matric Scholarship 2025-26 has been started by the Uttar Pradesh Social Welfare Department.

Students can fill the form online with out any cost.

Applicants can apply for free scholarships online from 10/07/2025 until the application deadline of 20/12/2025.

Students studying in class 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th in Uttar Pradesh (pre-matric and post-matric) can apply for scholarships for undergraduate, postgraduate, certificate, degree, diploma and other courses.

Candidates from states other than Uttar Pradesh who have been admitted or want to be admitted to any college in Uttar Pradesh can apply.

The last date for submission of hard copies is 24/12/2025.

Correct the application errors from 23/01/2026 to 28/01/2026 and will submit to the department by 31/01/2026.

Scholarship Application Process :-

Step-1:-Visit the official website scholarship.up.gov.in.
Select the scholarship you want to apply for. Enter all the required information and click on the submit button to register.

Step-2:- A page will open containing important instructions for filling the application form. Read the instructions carefully, tick the boxes given at the end of the page and click on the “Proceed” button.

Step-3:- Fill in all the required information in the application form and submit it.

Step-4:- Upload all the required documents and your photo.

Step-5:- Submit the application form and take a printout for future reference.

After that students will receive a confirmation email.

Students will be able to view their  registration number and current status after registering on the official portal.

For students whose applications have been verified for the year 2025-2026 money will be credited to the bank in due course.
